• Predictions of future events or outcomes

2.2 No Guarantees or Warranties

We make NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR GUARANTEES regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or validity of readings
• The interpretation of palm lines, patterns, or features
• The prediction of future events, circumstances, or outcomes
• The suitability of readings for any particular purpose
• The achievement of any specific results or benefits

2.3 User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You use the Service at your own risk and discretion
• You will not rely on readings for important life decisions
• You will consult qualified professionals for serious matters
• You understand that AI-generated content is not factual or predictive
• You will not hold us liable for any outcomes resulting from use of the Service

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

4.3 Account Termination

5. Premium Subscription

5.1 Subscription Fee

Premium subscription is available for $4.99 per month (plus applicable taxes). The subscription fee is billed monthly and automatically renews unless canceled.

5.2 Premium Features

Premium subscribers receive:

• Permanent storage of palm photos (with ability to update/replace)
• Unlimited saved readings with timestamps
• Access to reading history and past insights
• Ability to upload human reader notes, PDFs, and voice memos
• Multiple readings without re-uploading photos

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. NO REFUNDS are provided for partial months or unused portions of the subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. User Content and Photos

6.1 License Grant

By uploading palm photos or other content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service and improving our AI algorithms.

6.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.

6.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on third-party rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is obscene, offensive, or inappropriate
• Belongs to someone else without permission

7. AI-Generated Content

All readings, interpretations, and predictions generated by our AI system are computer-generated outputs based on algorithms and machine learning models. These outputs:

• Are not based on scientific or empirical evidence
• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies
• Should not be considered factual or reliable
• Are subject to the limitations and biases of AI technology
• May vary significantly between readings of the same palm

8. Third-Party Palm Readers

8.1 Directory Listings

Our directory features listings of independent palm readers and their services. We are NOT responsible for:

• The accuracy of listing information
• The quality, accuracy, or outcomes of their services
• Their conduct, credentials, or qualifications
• Disputes between you and third-party palm readers
• Payment transactions with third-party providers

8.2 Independent Contractors

All listed palm readers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Palm Reader Directory. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, logos, and branding of the Service are owned by Palm Reader Directory and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PALM READER DIRECTORY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or emotional distress resulting from use of the Service
• Decisions made based on readings or AI-generated content
• Actions or omissions of third-party palm readers
• Service interruptions, errors, or unavailability
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Palm Reader Directory from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or submit
• Your interactions with third-party palm readers

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

13. Dispute Resolution
